These Terms of Service govern your use of Aura Farming Kids, including its website and game app. By using the game, you agree to these Terms.

1. The game

Aura Farming Kids is an arcade runner game for Apple platforms. Features may include Game Center leaderboards and achievements, iCloud save data, and optional in-app purchases.

2. Apple services and purchases

Game Center, iCloud, the App Store, and in-app purchases are provided through Apple. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple’s applicable terms, account rules, and policies. Purchases are processed by Apple; Aura Farming Kids does not receive or store your payment card details.

3. License to use the game

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s usage rules, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aura Farming Kids for personal entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the game or its content except where applicable law permits it.

4. Game content

All game names, artwork, characters, music selections, animations, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Aura Farming Kids project or their respective rights holders. Third-party attributions are listed on the Credits page.

5. Fictional characters and references

Characters in Aura Farming Kids are fictional. Some characters may draw on broad internet culture, familiar visual archetypes, public memes, or general references to real people and public figures. Any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is coincidental unless expressly identified as a licensed reference. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any person, celebrity, brand, game, studio, or rights holder referenced or evoked by its characters.

Names, likenesses, trademarks, and other rights belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing in the game grants or suggests a license to use those rights outside the game.

6. Fair use of the game

You agree not to interfere with the game, manipulate leaderboards, use cheats or automated systems, attempt to access systems that are not intended for you, or use the game for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features of the game, including online Apple service integrations, at any time. We may also update the game to fix issues, improve performance, or add features.

8. Disclaimer

The game is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Aura Farming Kids project and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
